Kailan Counahan is an artist and writer. Growing up in a small farming community, Counahan spent her evenings reading and creating stories. Once she got older, she began reading romance novels which led to her writing stories that centered around romance and fantasy. She is lucky enough to have the help of her two cats, Merlin and Fleury, and her dog, Dottie, to get her stories written down and edited.
Counahan received her Master of Fine Arts in Studio Art with an emphasis in Sculpture and Metalworking and Jewelry in 2021. During that time she began writing her first novel series, Amaya’s Storm. She has since started writing at least eight different stories.
